BRINGING YOUR SYSTEM INTO TITLE 5 COMPLIANCE
A SOLUTION FOR FAILED AND FAILING SEPTIC SYSTEMS

We offer our services to those in need of help with their failed or failing septic systems by bringing those systems back to life and into Title 5 compliance, without having to install a new septic system. We do this with the use of SoilAir™ Systems technology, and we save our clients thousands.

A new replacement septic system for a typical 3-bedroom home with poor soil conditions and slow percolation rates may range in cost from $25,000 to $35,000 or substantially more. Purchasing a SoilAir™ system could potentially reduce that cost by half, even after permitting and engineering fees.

SoilAir™ is approved by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection to be used as a remedial technology on failed or failing septic systems. This means it can be used on an already existing septic system that has failed inspection, bringing that system back into compliance. (It should be noted that not all homes, areas of land and situations are alike and some systems, depending on the site and soil conditions, may not be conducive to a SoilAir™ System. This will be determined on our about the time of a scheduled site visit and analysis).

If you find yourself in need of a new septic system, then contact us before you spend thousands; we will be happy to provide you with an estimated cost for a SoilAir™ System.
